The 34th annual Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon starts at 8:00 a.m. (7:55 wheeler start) on Sunday, October 4, 2015 on 6th Street near Portland Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Please allow enough time to arrive to the start and make your way to the proper start corral (at least 30 minutes prior to the start time). No early starts are permitted.

The National MS Society, Upper Midwest Chapter has partnered with the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon to give runners an opportunity to fundraise and bring awareness to the MS movement.
Registration information
Sign up for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and TC 10-mile (FULL) through the National MS Society, and receive free, guaranteed entry (spots are limited). DO NOT register for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon or the TC 10-mile through their website without receiving your entry code from the National MS Society first. After joining the Finish MS team, instructions to complete your registration will be sent via email. All participants are required to raise the $750 fundraising minimum in order to run.
Interested in a shorter race? Run with us in the Medtronic Twin Cities 5k or 10k, Saturday, Oct. 3. Participants are responsible for paying the entrance fee, but no fundraising minimum is required. However, runners are encouraged to raise $250 to be eligible for prizes.
Registration for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and TC 10-mile events will include a Finish MS running singlet, running hat, personal fundraising Web page, pre-event pasta dinner, festive finish line experience and more!

Multiple Sclerosis affects people in the prime of their lives, between the ages of 20 and 50. Every hour someone in newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. More than 2.5 million people worldwide live with this unpredictable disease. The symptoms of MS are different for everyone – the only certainty is that it will affect yet another person every hour of every day.
Currently there is no cure for MS. The money that is raised will be used to find the cause, treatment, and ultimately the cure of multiple sclerosis. The money is also used to provide education, information, direct financial support and scholarships to individuals and families living with MS.
